Vacation Programs
We offer three and four day getaways nearly every weekend of the year and five day vacations once per month. All vacations include cooking classes, dining out and optional touring. We can also help you with your accommodations.

Our Great Chefs Summer Series
Take a cooking class with one of New Orleans best known chefs.  Classes are held each Thursday night from June 16th through September 1st. Participating chefs include:

Our half-day single classes and classes-only series are available nearly every week of the year and include all recipes, instruction and a restaurant-quality meal with champagne and fine wines.

We also Offer Customized Programs for Special Events and Private Groups, too
Whether you are interested in small private classes, a special vacation program for incentive travel or a reception for 50 or more, we are pleased to develop customized programs designed to meet all your needs.

We teach authentic Creole cuisine with a dash of Cajun.  Our highly personalized cooking classes focus on the techniques of creating Louisiana food, as well as the history and culture of our region.
