Reservations

How to make reservations:

Once you decide to take a class, please call us at 504-945-9104. We only make reservations by phone. Because our classes are so small, we want to talk to you directly to find out if you have any questions, any special dietary needs, special requests and the names of your guests for our student roster.

Payment, Deposits and Confirmations:

We accept most major credit cards and personal checks. We request a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. It is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation seven days prior to your class. After we process your deposit you will receive an email receipt of your credit card transaction. And, we will send you an email confirmation with directions to the school and other information.

Final Balance:

Your balance is due at class. If you are going to use the same credit card for your balance, we will bill you following class. If you would like to pay your balance by check or other credit card, just let us know at class.
