Sample Menus

The menus will change on a seasonal and daily basis, but here are some dishes regularly taught at the New Orleans Cooking Experience:

Due to the uncertain situation with the oil in the Gulf, please note that we may have to make last minute modifications to some menus based on availability. We will always do our best to offer you great Louisiana cuisine and great, fresh Louisiana ingredients.
